Your hours changed three months ago. Does your website know?

Most shops around here don't have anyone looking after their site. It sits there until something breaks, and then it costs $400 to fix in a hurry. I handle it monthly instead — backups, updates, security, and the small changes you need made — so the site stays current without you thinking about it.

Before you pay me anything

Tell me the one thing on your site that bothers you most and I'll fix it this week, free. No plan, no deposit, no meeting. If you like the work, we talk about a monthly plan. If you don't, you got a free fix and I'll leave you alone.

Also happy to help with

  • A site that was never finished
  • Moving off a builder you're stuck with
  • Online ordering or booking that quit working

Once the website is handled

Know your customers by the numbers

Five years of my day job is turning customer data into answers. Send me what you already have — sales exports, booking history, reviews — and I'll build you a dashboard that shows your slow hours, your repeat customers, and what they actually buy. Ask about a monthly plan.

A small tool built for your shop

Waitlists, intake forms, loyalty tracking, a scheduling page that fits how you actually work. If you're running something on paper or a spreadsheet that's slowing you down, I build the app for it.

Local. You'll always get me, not a call center.
Three-month minimum, then month to month — cancel any time after that. One-time setup of $250 covers the first audit, backups and cleanup, and is often waived. Extra work beyond your monthly hours is $85/hour, always quoted before I start. New sites and redesigns are quoted separately. Save 15% by paying for the year up front.

Design concepts

Four directions I've built to show how differently a site can feel depending on the shop. Click through them — each one solves a different problem an owner brought up to me.

Built around selling out

A bakery's biggest website problem is that yesterday's list is wrong by 7am. This one puts a daily board up front that the owner edits from their phone in under a minute.

  • Today's items editable without touching the design
  • Pickup orders go straight to a printed ticket
  • Hours and sell-out notice at the bottom of every page
  • Loads fast on a phone in a parking lot

These are design concepts I built to show range, not client sites. If you'd rather see something closer to your own shop, tell me what you'd want on it and I'll mock it up before you commit to anything.
